House rules

• Cards come from a six-deck shoe, the box a dealer feeds from, reshuffled once it drops below a deck.
• Dealer stands on all 17, soft ones included.
• Blackjack pays 3 to 2. Blackjack against blackjack is a push.
• The dealer peeks for blackjack when the upcard can make 21.
• Double on the first two cards only: one card, then the hand stands.
• No splitting, no insurance, no surrender.
